To be eligible for the Assistant Loco Pilot position in Indian Railways, candidates must meet the following criteria:
RRB Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification
Successful completion of the Matriculation exam from a recognized State or Central board.- Possession of an ITI Trade certificate in the relevant discipline from SCVT/NCVT.
OR
Completion of a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an AICTE recognized institution.

To apply, you should be between 18 and 30 years old as of July 01, 2024. OBC (NCL) and SC/ST candidates have a 3 and 5-year age relaxation, respectively.

Candidates who pass CBT I and II will take the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), leading to the final selection list.
